What your client sees on an invoice
Your client’s invoice page, choosing what it shows, and the PDF.
Written By Julia M.
Overview
Your client opens the invoice from the View & pay button in your email. They see the balance due, the next payment and when it is due, and can pay online.
Watch it: the Finances lesson in Campus, step 4, “Invoice and get paid”, chapter 3, “Paid online” (starts at 0:40).

Choose what it shows
Click the arrow beside Preview as client to choose the pricing shown and the switches for this invoice: markup, discounts, the processing fee, tax, the memo, deposits, freight, descriptions, specifications and more. New invoices start from your studio defaults.

The PDF
Click the download arrow to open the invoice’s PDF. Customize changes what this download shows.

Good to know
Changing what shows never changes the invoice’s numbers.
