How to download and customize a PDF

Download an estimate, invoice, retainer or purchase order as a PDF, change what it shows for one download, and set your studio’s PDF defaults.

Written By Julia M.

Overview

Every estimate, invoice, retainer and purchase order downloads as a PDF. The PDF starts from what your client sees on their page.

Watch it: the Finances lesson in Campus, step 1, “Find your way around Finances”, chapter 7, “Settings” (starts at 3:01).

Steps

  1. Open the document and click the download arrow, in the editor or in its side panel. The PDF opens full size, with Customize, Print and Download PDF.
