Connect your tools
Integrations and apps, WorkPay, API keys, and email signatures and Walter.
Written By Julia M.
These pages connect Workroom to the rest of your tools: integrations, Workroom's own apps, WorkPay, API keys, and your studio's email.
Watch it: the Settings lesson in Campus, step 6, “Connect your tools” (2:23). Each section below names its chapter.
Integrations and apps
Settings › Studio › Integrations and apps
Watch it: step 6, chapter 1, “Integrations and apps” (starts at 0:09).

Everything you can connect, by category on the left, with a search for when the list gets long. Each card shows whether it is connected. Open one to see what syncs, change its settings, or disconnect.
Workroom apps like Forms, Leads and Mood turn on or off for the whole studio. Turning one off never deletes anything.
If an integration you would use is not built yet, give it a thumbs up. It tells us what to build next.
WorkPay
Integrations and apps › WorkPay
Watch it: step 6, chapter 2, “WorkPay” (starts at 0:44).

WorkPay lets clients pay by card or bank transfer right from Workroom.
Get ready to apply lists everything the application asks for, and why.
Compare with Stripe works out what you would pay with each, from your own numbers.
Once you have applied, the WorkPay page shows where the review is, any document the reviewer needs, and messages from our team.
API keys
Integrations and apps › API keys
Watch it: step 6, chapter 3, “API keys” (starts at 1:13).

API keys are for tools your studio builds on Workroom, like a Zapier workflow. A key has the same access as the person who made it.
Make a key, copy it once, and revoke it any time.
Signatures and away replies
Settings › Studio › Email › Signatures and away replies
Watch it: step 6, chapter 4, “Signatures and away replies” (starts at 1:33).

Until someone connects their email, the Email page is grayed out, with a Connect email button. Once they do, write one studio signature, and each person's details fill in.
Anyone who needs their own picks Their own, and it starts as a copy of the studio's. Away replies work the same way.
What Walter does with email
Settings › Studio › Email › Sending and filing
Watch it: step 6, chapter 5, “What Walter does with email” (starts at 1:54).

Walter reads incoming email and does or suggests the next step, like adding tracking to a product or creating a task.
Choose, line by line:
Does it: Walter does it by itself, with Undo
Suggests: Walter only suggests it
Off: Walter leaves it alone
Anything that sends mail or touches money is only ever suggested.
