Four quick module pages: the dashboard, the calendar, Campus and timelogs.
Watch it: the Settings lesson in Campus, step 8, “Dashboard, Calendar, Campus and Timelogs” (1:41). Each section below names its chapter.
Dashboard layouts
Settings › Studio › Dashboard › Default layouts
Watch it: step 8, chapter 1, “Dashboard layouts” (starts at 0:09).

Set what each role's dashboard starts with. Customize opens the same pop-up as the dashboard, for that role.
People who change their own dashboard keep theirs. You can choose Fahrenheit or Celsius for the weather here too.
Needs attention
Settings › Studio › Dashboard › Needs attention
Watch it: step 8, chapter 2, “Needs attention” (starts at 0:28).

Decide when something lands on the dashboard to be dealt with. Pick a module on the left to see its rules.
Turn a rule on or off and set how many days: an invoice overdue by one day, say, or a contract sent but not signed after five.
Calendar
Settings › Studio › Calendar
Watch it: step 8, chapter 3, “Calendar” (starts at 0:50).

The receiving buffer is the time between a piece leaving the vendor and being ready to install. Workroom uses it to work out order-by dates.
Give a project its own buffer by typing its name. Add the meeting places you pick from when you create an event.
Campus
Settings › Studio › Campus
Watch it: step 8, chapter 4, “Campus” (starts at 1:11).

Campus can assign lessons to new people when they join, with a due date, and offer a lesson the first time someone opens a module.
Timelogs
Settings › Studio › Timelogs
Watch it: step 8, chapter 5, “Timelogs” (starts at 1:23).

Decide whether people log time as start and end times, and who can log time for someone else: nobody, the owner and admins, everyone, or specific people. With specific people, you choose whose time each person can log.
