Schedule layout options

A schedule’s Layout tab: Group by, Order, Columns and Trade disclaimers
  • Group by Room, Category, Vendor, Status, Tag or Nothing: then by a second field.

  • Columns: add, remove and reorder (Product info, Specs, Pricing, Procurement, Tracking, Description, Notes, custom fields), per category if needed.

  • A summary page totals by room, category and status, lists items waiting for approval, and counts deliveries.

Keep schedules current

A saved project schedule can be refreshed from Library with Update schedules. It shows each schedule's version, how many changes since, and things to check; each update replaces the current file in Documents → Schedules and keeps earlier versions in its history.
