Your studio and brand
Company details, studio hours and closures, logo and PDFs, and white label.
Written By Julia M.
These pages set up the studio itself: who you are, when you are open, and how your name and logo look on everything you send.
Watch it: the Settings lesson in Campus, step 3, “Your studio and brand” (2:06). Each section below names its chapter.
Company details
Settings › Studio › Company
Watch it: step 3, chapter 1, “Company details” (starts at 0:08).

Your studio's name, website, email, phone and address. They show on every client document and email.
Add your offices so they are there to pick when you invite someone. Set the studio's currency, timezone and first day of the week here too. Everyone starts from these.
Studio hours and closures
Settings › Studio › Company
Watch it: step 3, chapter 2, “Studio hours and closures” (starts at 0:31).

Studio hours are your opening hours for each day. Clients see them in the portal, and everyone's own hours start from them.
Turn on the after-hours reply and a client who writes in at night gets one friendly note saying when you will be back.
Studio closures are days the whole studio is off, like the holidays. They lower capacity in Workload and show on the Timeline and Calendar.
Logo and PDFs
Settings › Studio › Branding › Logo and › PDFs
Watch it: step 3, chapter 3, “Logo and PDFs” (starts at 0:58).

Branding starts with your logos: a full logo for wide spaces and an icon for small ones, each for light and dark backgrounds. PNG or SVG.
Where each one is used picks the full logo, the icon or none for every place: the app menu, the client portal, PDFs, emails, contracts, the Spec Set cover and the phone app, and how tall it shows. The browser tab always uses the icon.

PDFs shows the top of the first page exactly as your PDFs print it. Pick a document, like an estimate or an invoice, to see its header. Choose what the header shows, add a tagline or a banner, a footer note, and where your terms print.
Turn on Save a copy and every PDF someone downloads is filed in the project's Documents too.
White label
Settings › Studio › Branding › White label
Watch it: step 3, chapter 4, “White label” (starts at 1:42).

White label is an add-on for the account owner. It brings your own colors and fonts to the app, the portal and your PDFs. You can also use your own web address and email domain, and take Workroom's name off everything clients and vendors see.
