Tracking deliveries, item by item
Every item on an order is tracked on its own, from shipped to arrived.
Written By Julia M.
Overview
Every item on a purchase order is tracked on its own. An order that ships in pieces says how many have shipped.
Watch it: the Finances lesson in Campus, step 6, “Order and track”, chapter 4, “Deliveries, item by item” (starts at 1:12).
Steps
Open the purchase order’s side panel in Finances › Procurement › Purchase orders.
Under Deliveries, see what has shipped and when, and what is still to come.
Click Mark items shipped or Record what arrived as things move.

Good to know
An item that ships after it is needed is flagged in amber.
The Library shows the same dates on each product.
