Carry-through Project Room settings

Rooms selected under a project’s main settings don’t seem to carry through the rest of the program:

• dropdowns in clipper and library for that project still show every possible room type

• selected rooms don’t appear under the client portal (under 06b “Rooms & Phases”) it shows there are no rooms and phases, even when they’re set

• selected rooms don’t appear in the project dashboard under rooms & phases
