Custom library entries save, then go blank or "Untitled"
On Echo's account, about five custom (manually entered, not clipped) library entries in the Ballantine project saved, displayed correctly, then went blank or showed as "Untitled" in the Unassigned group after navigating away and coming back. Details: Entries had vendors assigned when created (one was Monica Kirk, seamstress labor; one of hers survived, one disappeared) Created yesterday, roughly 2-3pm Echo's time (Pacific), which overlaps a production deploy Echo clicked the update prompt when it appeared It happened again after she took a break and came back Expected: saved library entries persist. Run a debug session on library save, with focus on custom entries, grouped view, and saves made during a deploy window.
Time Log "not invoiced" amount decreased with no invoicing activity
On Echo's account, the Time Log report's not-invoiced total for Maestro Den dropped from $659.00 (Echo's printout) to $630.34. New time can raise this number, but nothing Echo did should lower it. Expected: the not-invoiced total only goes down when time is invoiced or marked billed. Find what changed the $28.66 and confirm the correct figure is $659.00 plus any new time logged since. Ready to Invoice unbilled time doesn't match Time Log report
On Echo's account, the Ready to Invoice report shows about double the unbilled time the Time Log report shows for the same project. Project: Maestro Den Ready to Invoice unbilled time: about $1,290 Time Log "not invoiced": $630.34 Correct figure per Echo: $659.00 (the Time Log report is the accurate one) Likely cause: procurement entries are logged under the "20% purchasing fee" service, which has a $0 rate because the fee is billed as a separate line item. Ready to Invoice appears to use the team member's billable rate ($230/hr) instead of the project service rate, so these entries show a dollar value they shouldn't. Steps to reproduce: Open Echo's account, go to Ready to Invoice, filter to Maestro Den. Open a procurement entry, such as "Notes to Ryan." Compare its value against the same entry in the Time Log report. Expected: Ready to Invoice matches the Time Log not-invoiced amount exactly, to the cent. Entries under a $0-rate service show $0. Supporting data: Echo is sending Harvest screenshots of the time log and invoice reports from her import date to cross-reference.

Filter accuracy
Need to refine the filter settings to be consistent throughout all categories. Noticing discrepancies and missing products By Room and By Group particularly. Not consistent among all categories. trying to create a tile schedule but it will not pull all the tile, so the schedule is not accurate. same for reviewing products implemented ‘by room’. not all the products are showing in that room selected in the filter, unless you scroll through the entire house to find that room to view in it’s entirety of products spec’d
Password reset validation error for .studio TLD
I want to be able to reset my password using my custom email address ([email protected]). Currently, the password reset fails or shows an error, likely because the system doesn't recognize the .studio TLD.
Spec number not generating upon import
For some reason the spec code isn’t generating on import. See attached loom. https://www.loom.com/share/3ab734ed54cc4a21bbf86b5016c090e4
Service line items not transferring to PDF / client view.
We are aware of a bug where service based line items are not transferring to invoices/estimates PDF export, and in some cases on the client view will be pushed to a new section all together.
Freight
Input Freight as a product (filled in the amount under the freight section for costs) and when I put it on the estimate, the freight amount didn’t transfer.
Can not record payment in invoices
There is a bug that prevents payments from being recorded, and an error shows: Invoice "none" not found.
PDF export blank when invoice contains services
Customer reported that PDF export of an invoice was mostly blank. They tried troubleshooting steps including updating Chrome, clearing cache, and restarting. Initially, the bot suggested checking chat widget obstruction and specific toggles (Line items, Totals, Respect Collapsed Sections) in the Export Invoice PDF modal. After escalation, an admin confirmed a bug related to exporting PDFs with services. As a workaround, a new invoice (INV10427) was created, and the issue has been escalated to engineering. The customer was advised they could rename the new invoice to the original number (INV10426) if needed.
Weird id_xxxx on specification in PDF and client view.
When generating a PDF for invoice or estimate, one of the specifications is a product id which is a back-end identifier for products. This should not be visable, or a factor in the PDF.
Client-facing name on estimate/invoice not correct
On client view, the client-facing name is not showing, it is showing the product name only.
Product PDF, lots of text overlapping.
When generating a PDF for products, if you add too much information with some fields like material, or other information, the text will overlap the text below it making it incredibly difficult to read.
Estimate/Invoice PDF number incorrect.
The subtotal for invoices and estimates on the PDF do not align with what is on the client view for the invoice and estimate.
Import products issue
When importing products, getting an error that there is 33 lines, but only seeing 32.
Invoice/Estimate PDF: 2-3 items per page issue
When generating the invoice and estimate PDF, the PDF shows 2-3 items per page and has a ton of white space where more products could be added, but instead are added to the second page.
Invoice/Estimate Markup
When creating an invoice or estimate and want to show the markup to your client, on the client public view, the markup shows as a $0, despite having the markup added to products.
