Unify unit dropdown lists across product areas

Use the same, comprehensive unit list in both the product details quantity dropdown and the clipper dropdown. Currently the two areas offer different sets of units, so the same product can be quantified inconsistently depending on where it is edited. Combining both lists into one shared list would remove the discrepancy and the workarounds it forces.
