Overall Category Budget creation

Currently the only way to build a Category budget is by creating placeholder products or actual products in the library and assign a budget value to each individual item. Our team needs a way to, in the budget tab, set an overall budget number for each category, i.e. “Plumbing” budget: $20,000.00, “Countertop” budget: $50,000.00. Our construction contracts only ever use these lump sums, and don’t have them broken down by individual products.
