Increase functionality of Portal "products" page

Allow released product approvals (both selection boards and estimates) to be visible and/or accessed by client from “products” page in the portal

"Needs You” appears for qualifying items on the products page, but the client is unable to expand product information, see costs, take action, or directly access the location to take action from the products page. it makes the “needs you” highlight at the top a little frustrating since it can’t be resolved.

Instead they must know to find those actions either on the selections board under “messages” or the estimate under “finances”, or the “waiting on you” from the home page. Its a lot of places to potentially find information/take action, but not in the one place they will likely look first :)
