Forms Module (Marketplace) - Custom Form Building

Hi! My biggest frustration with forms is that the form’s title/name automatically appears at the top of the client-facing form. I’d love the option to hide it so the title can be internal only. Our clients don’t necessarily need to see “Client Onboarding Form,” but a descriptive name helps our team identify it at a glance without having to adjust the wording for clients.

I’d also love more flexibility with formatting beyond the current overall form settings, including:

• Text alignment and sizing: Options to align text left, center, or right on the form. We would like some of our titles/subtitles to be centered on the form. Would also be nice to be able to customize the text size on everything

• Bold, italics, underline, etc.: The ability to format individual words or entire blocks of text.

• Capitalization: Control over whether titles/subtitles appear in all caps or standard capitalization. Currently, titles automatically appear in uppercase and subtitles are normal capitalization.

• Question layouts: Options to display multiple-choice and single-choice answers side by side instead of only in a vertical list.

• Separation (aka line spacing): Ability to control the spacing between elements on a form through more than just a basic separation tool

• Human verification: The option to remove the “To confirm you’re human” math question at the bottom of the form.

• Click and Drag: Ability to click and drag the field boxes around instead of having to use the arrow to move a question up and down on the form. Especially since a new field automatically populated at the bottom.

Also the column tool currently does not line up text boxes together, if I have two text fields next to each other and one is a single line title/question and the other is a double line title/question, the text boxes look disjointed instead of auto spacing to still allow the text entry boxes to align.
