File renaming convention throughout

Users spend significant time manually downloading and renaming files before attaching them to records.

Request: Add a Document Naming Convention setting that automatically renames files on attachment using a configurable template -- tokens like {date}, {PO_number}, {vendor_name}, etc. If a token can't be resolved automatically (like an order number), prompt the user to enter it at time of attachment.

Result: Consistent, searchable file names across the document center, grouped cleanly by type (PO Attachments, Invoice Attachments, etc.) -- without any manual renaming.
