Distance and Hour for Reimbursable Travel Expenses

We need more variables here. We do not charge by the distance traveled as an expense, but we also do not measure travel distance in miles but in kilometers. Our vendors will not charge by the distance traveled, but rather they charge by hour.
Need 2 options:

• Billed by distance - Miles need to be able to change this to kilometers.

• Billed by the hour
