Create a vendor from a manual library entry

Vendors can be created from the clipper, but not when adding a custom library entry manually. Echo hits this most when adding labor items (for example, seamstress labor).

Requested: an "Add new vendor" option in the vendor field on manual library entries, same as the clipper.
