If I am drafting there is a high possibility that I will want to track time to multiple rooms and potentially track against ALL rooms for general design like concept design.
Multi-room changes the data model: a timelog currently carries one project_room_id, and "ensure it's tracking that accurately" means deciding what a 3-room, 2-hour entry means — one entry tagged to three rooms, or the time split between them. That answer changes the schema, the reports, and every per-room budget figure. Worth settling before we code anything!
