[FIX] An issue where the active projects were not showing on dashboard.

[FIX] Replaced the link for manage subscription to the subscription portal.

[STATUS] In the process of implementing 5 Canadian tax brackets in add project screen.
[STATUS] Invoices, Estimates, PO's still in the works. Fixing a major security issue.
[STATUS] WIP list view is almost complete. Finishing up back-end implementation.
